After getting her BA in Psychology, from the University of San Francisco, Chef Emily decided to explore her culinary passion and moved to Manhattan, NYC to attend the French Culinary Institute. Then it all started--
From work at Eleven Madison Park and Del Posto in NYC; a move back to the Bay Area then it was Restaurant Gary Danko, Baker and Banker, Wayfare Tavern and El Paseo in Mill Valley.
Followed with a shift to restaurant consulting and the start of a Private Chef career.
Becoming a Private Chef has allowed Chef Emily to share her passion and enhance peoples lives. She brings such ease and relaxation to simple meals and expansive multi course dinners.
