Meet The Chef
Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, Chef Emily attended Notre Dame HS in Belmont followed by the University of San Francisco, earning a BA in Psychology. She then moved to New York City where she received her Culinary Arts Grande Diplome from the FCI. She went on to work at famed Eleven Madison Park and Del Posto in Manhattan. With a move back to SF she joined the team at Restaurant Gary Danko. After working at Baker and Banker, Wayfare Tavern and El Paseo, she began a private chef/consulting business. You can see Chef Emily in action on Food Networks "CHOPPED" as well as a more recent episode of "BEAT BOBBY FLAY"
